Are Employees Satisfied with New Normal? Study Of Health Protocol and Leadership Commitments on Aviation

Employee job satisfaction is disrupted during a pandemic, there are many concerns about being infected at work. The implementation of health protocols has been carried out as new culture (new normal) to reduce the transmission rate in workplace. This application also accompanied by leadership commitment form responsibility times crisis. study aimed determine relationship between protocols, commitment, and employee pandemic. research was conducted using quantitative method with PLS-SEM analysis SmartPLS 3. number samples 96 people Banyuwangi International Airport. results showed that protocol had no effect on but an influence while influences satisfaction, same time succeeded fully mediating satisfaction. tries reveal variable research: Health Protocol, which often referred Indonesian for two years. We try find through commitment.
